We used to vacation here with our girls over the years and we have always loved the area. It came time for my husband to retire from his managerial job in retail and of course this was the first place we thought of to move to. We love living here and feel lucky and blessed to be able to be full time Horry County residents.In a past life, I worked retail in the beginning and then moved on to office managing for retail stores. I also took time off to raise my daughters. I felt that job was more important than anything else. My hobbies include photography, reading, watching movies, going to the beach and traveling. I've traveled all over the world and have met lots of people. In 2013, my family and I even walked across England for my daughters foundation. Al’s companies have represented dozens of banks, government entities, developers, builders and individual buyers and sellers in the process. As Broker in Charge, and past Owner and President of South Atlantic Group, New Homes in Myrtle Beach, Cipriana Park Sales, and Coastal Dunes Realty, Al has lead a group of highly trained and experienced sales and marketing professionals complete the sellout of over 50 neighborhoods in the last 10 years. My relocation to Myrtle Beach ten years ago from Raleigh, NC as permanent resident since end of 2017 has afforded me the opportunity to enjoy and learn the Grand Strand with the ocean communities. I have owned my own businesses, worked in various companies, government offices, and retired as an educator, teaching for twenty-three and a half years. I enjoy this new career that I have gathered my skills using my talents as a buyer’s and/or seller’s agent with that understanding what my clients desire in owning their own real estate.
